               Apply Cell Format with Format Painter Before I started to use format painter for applying... ...cell formatting, I was using paste special with the shortcut key. Here’s how to do this: Select the cell or a range from where you want to copy cell formatting. Go to ➜ the Home Tab ➜ Clipboard. Now, make a double click on the “Format Painter” button. As soon as you do this, your cursor will convert into a paintbrush. Now, you can apply that formatting anywhere in your worksheet, in another worksheet or, even in another workbook.
